* Full Container Services (FCL): Smartchain Logistics is contracted with domestic and international carriers as: Maersk, MSC, CMA, Evergreen, APL, SITC,… to offer frequent departures at competitive rates for full container load (FCL) shipments from any ports over the world to Hai Phong port or Ho Chi Minh port and vice versa by various modes of delivery such as direct cargo at port (CY-CY), receiving goods at the factory (DOOR -CY) or direct delivery to the recipient (DOOR-DOOR)…
* Less than container services (LCL): Once you don’t have enough cargo to fill an ocean freight container, Smartchain Logistics offers LCL service between major ports worldwide. That means, we can offer you space within a container that is shared with other customers’ goods to optimize transit times and minimize costs.
* Smartchain Logistics's staff has been given an identity code of customs clearance staff, constantly be updated the circulars, guiding documents on commodities policy, duty, tax, HS code for Import/Export cargo, customs clearance.
* Free consultation on import and export procedures and policies
